Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Age Restriction
Guests must be 20 years of age or older to enter.
Drink Order
One drink per guest is required at all times.
Time Limit
A 2-hour seating limit applies during busy periods.
Shisha Equipment
Please do not touch the shisha equipment. Staff will handle all adjustments.
The establishment is not liable for any burns or injuries caused by the equipment.
Equipment Damage
Guests will be charged for any damage to shisha equipment.
Shisha pipe: ¥60,000
WOOKAH pipe: ¥150,000
Bottle: ¥5,000
Damage to furniture or other items will be charged at cost.
Payment must be made in cash.
Outside Food & Drinks
Outside beverages and strong-smelling food are not permitted.
Illness
In the event of vomiting on the premises, cleaning costs will be charged in full (cash only),
and the guest will be asked to leave.
Lost Items
The establishment is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Unclaimed items will be disposed of after one month.

シーシャ機材について
シーシャ機材へのお手触れはご遠慮ください。
機材の移動・調整はスタッフが対応いたします。
機材による火傷等のトラブルにつきまして、当店では責任を負いかねます。
機材・備品の破損について
機材を破損された場合、以下の金額を現金にてご負担いただきます。
シーシャ台：¥60,000
WOOKAHシーシャ台：¥150,000
ボトル：¥5,000
ソファ・テーブル・その他備品の破損につきましては、
実費を現金にてご請求させていただきます。
持ち込みについて
ドリンクおよびニオイの強いフードのお持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
体調不良について
店内にて嘔吐された場合、清掃業者の費用を全額現金にてご負担いただきます。
また、嘔吐された場合はお会計後にご退店をお願いいたします。
お忘れ物について
お忘れ物の保管期間は1ヶ月とさせていただきます。
期間経過後は処分させていただきます。
なお、紛失・盗難について当店では責任を負いかねます。
